Welcome to FLO Studio
At FLO Studio, we believe in the transformative power of art and connection. Drawing on seven years of neuroscience research in areas such as Alzheimer’s dementia, gut biomarkers, and major depressive disorder, our founder brings a unique understanding of the human mind and its capacity for healing through creative expression. This knowledge inspires every aspect of our custom pottery experiences, designed to foster joy, mindfulness, and personal growth.
As a Black and woman-owned business, we are dedicated to making pottery accessible and inclusive for everyone. Sustainability is a cornerstone of our work—we prioritize eco-friendly practices by using recycled clay whenever possible, ensuring that our art leaves a positive impact on the planet.
FLO Studio is more than just pottery; it’s a space for community, self-discovery, and meaningful connection. Whether you’re shaping your first piece of clay or refining your craft, we’re here to guide and inspire you every step of the way.

Crafting Artistic Connections
At FLO Studio, we believe in connecting people to the art of pottery. We are passionate about creating a space for individuals to explore their creativity through clay. We are dedicated to providing a platform for artistic expression and fostering a community of pottery enthusiasts.

About Us
At FLO Studio, our mission is to share our love for pottery through immersive, community-building pop-up workshops that inspire creativity, promote healing, and offer a space for self-expression and therapeutic escape through the transformative power of clay.
The idea for FLO Studio originated with me, inspired by a vision to create a space where art and community could come together in meaningful ways. But I knew that to truly grow and expand this vision, I needed a partner who shared my passion for creativity and connection. That’s when Eily came into the picture. We met during a volunteer surf retreat in Baja California, where we bonded over our shared passions for art, community, coffee, and the transformative power of creativity.
Together, we’re excited to grow FLO Studio into a community-centered business that brings the joy of pottery to people everywhere. While we don’t have a permanent physical location, our pop-up workshops allow us to create experiences that connect and inspire, whether at local recreational centers or other community spaces.
Looking ahead, we’re thrilled by the potential to expand into a coffee and clay studio art collective—a space where creativity, conversation, and connection can truly flourish. Our mission remains the same: to offer pottery experiences that are healing, creative, and deeply fulfilling.
Join us on this journey as we continue to grow and spread the joy of pottery to all!
